FIRE!!
January 7 - the middle of three piers suffered a devastating fire started by a faulty power inlet on a boat in the covered section. Some neighbors lost their homes and many gorgeous 50-60 restored antique boats were lost to history. We were incredibly fortunate not to have suffered any damage, as we were on the third pier.
